How to pay property tax in Greece online (ENFIA / ΕΝΦΙΑ)

The deadline to pay property tax in Greece (ENFIA / ΕΝΦΙΑ) is fast approaching!

Whether you choose to pay the whole amount at once or make several payments (see attached video for example payment schedule), you need to at least pay the amount that corresponds to the first payment of the schedule by March 31st 2025. Reach out to your accountants if you have not paid the tax you owe yet or just login and do it yourself. I am attaching an instructional video about how you can do it yourself online.
